1. How can I change my Login Details?
Answer - To change the Login, password choose the My Profile option under your account name. Here you can change your password by entering your current password and the new password.

2. I forgot my password. How can I login to my account?
Answer - If you don’t remember your password, you can reset by clicking on the option of forget password. Provide your registered email address and we will email you the instructions for getting a new password.

1. How do I track the progress of an order?
Answer - Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with the details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email. You can also track your order by visiting Dalmia Unload app and clicking on the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” located in the menu bar.

2. I am unable to track my order after receiving the Tracking number?
Answer - Dalmia Unload generates and sends the tracking number as our logistics team loads the Order from the warehouse. If you are unable to track with the given number you can call on our Dalmia Unload customer care number and get it resolved.

3. The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
Answer - You can track the order through the tracking Id and also you can connect to our customer care number to get the cause of Delay.

4.  I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
Answer - In case you missed the delivery, the logistics team usually tries to deliver next business day. 

5. Will the delivery be tried again, if I am not able to collect my order the first time?
Answer - Yes. The Logistics team make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day.

6. What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
Answer - Logistics Team usually load and ship orders in the given estimated time. In case there is any delay within the estimated timeline, please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

7. My shipment shows delivered but I have not received the order. What should I do?
Answer - All orders delivered by us has a proof of delivery with signatures by the person who has accepted the order. In-fact, you need to share the OTP with the Logistics Team for smooth delivery. In case you haven't receive the order, please contact our Customer support so that we can look into it. 

8. My order has been returned. What should I do?
Answer - In case you missed the delivery, the logistics team usually tries to deliver next business day.

2. Under what name will my purchase be charged on the Credit Card Statement?
Answer - Your purchase will be charged under the company name "Murli Industries Limited" .

3. Does Dalmia Unload retain my card or account details?
Answer - Dalmia Unload does not collect or Store your card or account details. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by the payment gateway and subsequently by VISA/MASTER CARD/ AMERICAN EXPRESS/BANKS directly without any information passing through us.

4. Will I be asked to provide any card information, account information or passwords over the phone or email?
Answer - The Dalmia Unload team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

5. Are there any EMI Options available on Dalmia Unload?
Answer - No. We do not have any EMI options available. Not even Cash on Delivery.

6. What percentage of refund will I get if I have cancelled the order after dispatch?
Answer –
If the order is cancelled after the dispatch a cancellation fee of 5% the order value would be levied.

1. Can I get partial delivery of orders?
Answer - You can create partial delivery of orders if your order size is more than 100 bags.  A pop ip box will open during check where you can mention the delivery schedule. 

2.What is the minimum Quantity I could order?
Answer - You can order Minimum 10 Bags.

3. Can I change my shipping or billing address after the order is placed?

Answer - For confidentiality and legal reasons, the shipping or billing address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. In case you have changed your address between ordering and receiving a product, you may reach to us and we will do our best to help.

Answer - You can schedule the delivery within a span of 60 Days of ordering.

2. Can I schedule my delivery on different dates?
Answer - Yes.  You can schedule your delivery on different dates basis on your requirement.

3. Do I have to sign on delivery Slip?
Answer - Yes. You need to sign the deliver Slip and share your details for the same.

4. Do I have to provide any OTP or Proof of order on delivery?
Answer - Yes. You need to provide identity proof for the delivery.

5. What should I do if I get a damaged/defective bag? Or Less in Quantity?
Answer - Before signing on the delivery slip, kindly crosscheck the quantity and quality of the order. In case you receive damaged/defective bags or less in quantity, kindly ask the delivery team to send us 2 images (one of the damaged bags and one of the total bags) as confirmation over WhatsApp.

6. Can I order again if I have returned the product?
Answer - Yes. You can order as many times as you want.

7. Do I have to pay any labourer charges for delivery?
Answer - No. The order will be delivered on the ground floor within 50-meter radius.

8. Will the Dalmia Unload team be able to deliver the order on 1 Floor?
Answer - No. The order will be delivered to the ground floor within 50-meter radius.

Answer -
You may choose to cancel the order by selecting from the "My Orders" section before it is shipped. No cancellation fee will be levied.

2. How safe is providing personal information like address, contact details etc. to Dalmia Unload?
Answer - The personal information is absolutely safe with us. We keep your information encrypted on our servers and never share it with any third party. Your personal information is only used to contact you regarding your order, to deliver the product and send communications that you may have opted to receive.

3. What if I want delivery on the 8th Floor? Will I need to pay extra cost?
Answer - The order cannot be delivered to the 8th floor. The order will be delivered to the ground floor within a 50-meter radius.

4. When can I get delivery of damaged Bags?
Answer - You can schedule the delivery of the damaged bags if needed, or it will be delivered in the next working day.

5. What is free technical assistance? 
Answer -
Dalmia Technical Engineer would assist you at the construction site during slab casting. This is subject to the minimum bags purchased for the slab casting. THIS WILL BE FREE ORDERS MORE THAN 50 BAGS.
